From Lagos to London to Leadership

 

I began my journey in Lagos, Nigeria — navigating uncertainty, unexpected detours, and the generosity of strangers who helped me rise. At just 22, I found myself stranded in the UK. What could have ended my career before it began instead became the foundation of my resilience, perspective, and leadership philosophy.

 

With a background in systems programming, technology, and strategy, I went on to train global teams at organizations including Compaq and IBM, earn my doctorate, and lead complex initiatives across industries. Along the way, I discovered that my greatest impact wasn’t just in delivering technology — but in helping people and organizations execute with clarity, structure, and confidence.
